Relationship Management Key consulting partner/advisor for senior-level client contacts Thorough understanding of clients’ business, products and services, as well as their business and marketing objectives, competitive landscape, and sales and marketing infrastructures Ability to leverage that knowledge to speak effectively and accurately with clients regarding TechnoArts ecosystems strategic positioning and branding recommendations Provide ad hoc strategic guidance to companies and partners, as well as constant input on progression of planned activities Strategic Planning & Program Development Set strategic direction, brand positioning and message strategy for our portfolio companies and partners Set marketing objectives and strategy Develop, write and implement communication plans based on objectives and strategy Manage team in the implementation of communications plan, overseeing execution of media, creative, production, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a senior marketing player;
Startup ecosystem experience preferred
Sound strategic thinker
Strong presentation and selling skills
Strong team management, development, motivation, and leadership abilities
Able to work in a hybrid work environment
Reliable, accountable, and proactive – whether working onsite or remotely
Overview
As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing the key performance indicators that demonstrate our value to the ecosystem, startups and partners–manage and track the clinical growth of the activities around the globe. You are a mission-driven and empathetic individual and have worked at both small and large scale. You are highly analytical and at the same time have high EQ and enjoy working with others to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is a business-minded general athlete with previous clinical operations experience, one who has a strong foundation and training from consulting, as well as operating experience at a startup.
Responsibilities
Drive analysis of key operating metrics with the aim to uncover trends and opportunities.
Lead operations strategic planning and translate decisions into actionable operational plans.
Lead, develop, coach and resource high-performing, collaborative Operators and Analytics.
Lead and support cross-functional teams that help manage access, workflow design, operational process & performance, and quality.
Collaborate across the Executive team to drive analysis and decision-making around day-to-day clinical operational plans, and share perspective on operational best practices.
Develop measurement and tracking systems for projects, including a communication cadence of status, cross functional dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead internal communication rhythm to effectively provide updates to senior stakeholders of key issues and blockers.
